Job Purpose:
The Physical Marketing & Business Development role is responsible for expanding PGL's market presence within the Kurdistan Region through direct field engagement, showroom visits, relationship building, lead generation, customer follow-up, market intelligence gathering, and brand promotion.

The role focuses on developing long-term business relationships with vehicle showrooms, identifying new business opportunities, promoting PGL services as a direct Copart broker, and contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily visits to vehicle showrooms, dealerships, and related businesses within the assigned territory. Meet showroom owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Present and explain PGL services, processes, and competitive advantages.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement and relationship development activities.
  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities, and generate qualified leads
  • Follow up with interested customers according to company standards.
  • Support customer onboarding and conversion activities.
  • Assist management during customer meetings and presentations when required.
  • Gather information regarding competitor services, competitor pricing, customer needs and challenges, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Submit daily activity reports to the direct supervisor. Submit weekly market intelligence reports.
  • Provide monthly summaries of performance and business opportunities.
  • Escalate customer concerns, competitor threats, or operational challenges promptly.
  • Represent PGL professionally at all times, and promote PGL services and value propositions consistently.
  • Distribute marketing materials and brochures as assigned. 


Skills:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a similar field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required, with a good command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet clients and conduct marketing activities.
