Job Purpose:

To lead B2B marketing and business development efforts in the Armenian market by designing targeted campaigns, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, and building lasting client relationships. The role also involves analyzing market intelligence, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge in the region.

1. B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the Armenian market, including digital outreach, email marketing, content creation, and industry-specific promotions to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Proactively identify, source, and nurture new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and participation in local industry events, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline.

3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders in Armenia, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the Armenian business landscape, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Business Growth Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and senior management) to identify new revenue streams, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and strategic partnerships that drive sustainable business expansion in the region.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on key marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, lead quality, client acquisition costs) using CRM and analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

1–2 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or business development, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Demonstrated track record of generating and converting leads in a B2B context.

Language:

Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
